How do I place an order?

What payment methods does SHEFAV accept?
Shefav accepts Paypal and Credit/debit Card payments.

Can I change or cancel my SHEFAV order once it’s been placed?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will do our best to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible to update us on service@shefav.com

What if I lose my shefav.com account password?
Submit a “Forgot Your Password” form the Shefav Account page, and a password reset will be emailed to the email address listed on the account.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You have up to 48 hourss to cancel or modify your order from the time your order is completed. Please contact us at service@shefav.com and clearly provide your name, email address and order number. If you cancel your order, it may take up to 5 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

Can I use two or more discount codes
NO. Every order can only enjoy one discount or any other coupons. Please note all discount codes are only applicable for Shefav products.

Can I track my SHEFAV order?
You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

How long does SHEFAV to process orders?
We deal with your order ASAP after you place it. It usually takes about 1-3 to process your orders. Due to COVID recently, it might take a bit longer than usual.

Does SHEFAV offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $39 could enjoy free shipping. Learn more at shipping page.

Does SHEFAV ship worldwide?
Yes, we do!
Please note that we currently ship orders to US, CA, AU and most European countries. Please contact us if you have any questions service@shefav.com.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?
Usually you don’t need to pay any duties and taxes. It depends on different country policies. Usually we will set a low value on the package to avoid that, and it won’t charge you the custom fees. You might be charged for custom tax in some regions. This is based on trade policy. Few customers did pay for that.

How do I return or exchange a SHEFAV item?

How do I get a refund?
All successfully returned items from SHEFAV will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded if the order is delivered successfully. Refunds can take up to 1-3 days to show on your account.

Will SHEFAV keep my personal information private?
100% yes. We consider all the information you share with us as private and confidential and will never share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
